About OADA
The SPV named as "Odisha Automobile Development Association (OADA)", is registered under section 8 of the companies Act 2013 and rule 18 of company Act 2014.
The Governing body of the SPV includes representatives from DICS of Cuttack & Bhubaneshwar along with the representatives from MSME DFO. Govt. of India & Govt. of Odisha

The Mission and Vision
Facilitate High-tech, services and new changing technologies, machines to the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) under OADA.
Standardization of entrepreneur’s workshops viz. MSME registration, GST registration, Udyog Aadhar registration and different govt registrations time to time.
Providing training to the entrepreneurs and the workers under the entrepreneurs on new and upcoming technologies, management skills, up-skilling and re-skilling development programs, Govt. Programs in a regular intervals
Sharing of knowledge and ineffectual property among the entrepreneurs through different meets.
Create a financial cell through brotherhood fund and meet the financial huddles of entrepreneurs.
Providing spare parts, sensors, actuators, and different automobile components in a reasonable price to the entrepreneurs.
Setup small manufacturing units/plant of packaged distilled water, coolant, Grease and Lubricants for their own use and selling in the outside market to make OADA sustainable.
Facilitate advertising, Digital Marketing, automation software facilities and different mobile applications to the entrepreneurs through a dedicated IT cell.
Providing legal facilities through a legal cell.
Insurance and provident fund facilities to all skilled, semiskilled and unskilled workers under the enterprises of OADA.
Study tour and high-tech skill development programs to different automobile manufacturing industries like Volkswagen, Maruti, Hyundai, MG, KIA etc. to empower automobile service sector workers and entrepreneurs.
